East Gate Kids

East Gate Kids started in 1995 to help parents in our area have access to high quality childcare in a faith based environment. We understand that parents need to work and that they want to know that their children are in safe and capable hands. Our aim is to provide children a quality educational experience that more than prepares them for grade school while giving them life skills. Since over 90 percent of the brain’s development occurs in the first 5 years we look at our work as crucial to a child’s success in life. We also like building  fun relationships while the children are learning. We want them to have great memories of growing up and participating in our program.  We are part of a families life experiences and we take it seriously. We are looking for team members who want a career in early education. We will help you with starting your career and getting scholarships for your college. Our staff come from a variety of backgrounds. We have many that have been with us for 5 to 10 years. We have staff members who have been in early childcare for over 25 years. We also love having new staff members who want to learn more about child development and how they can bring quality. Our staff are trained in the Reggio Philosophy and project based learning for children. We look at children as competent and valuable members of society. We prepare environments where children can learn and enjoy their day to day activities.
